Roof Washing/Cleaning
We use a soft wash system that uses zero pressure to safely and efficiently clean algae, moss, and any organic growth off of your roof. We use the process recommended by ARMA (Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association). High pressure from pressure washing a roof reduces the life of the roof tremendously. This process removes the granules that protect the roof, resulting in pre-mature failure of the shingles. Pressure washing can also send water behind the shingles causing wood rot and mold to grow on the plywood or in the home.
